who has time to train like a medieval knight?

So, the other day, I’m flipping through random fitness content, and I come across something that makes me do a double-take: training like a knight? Yeah, not your average workout. Manish Pandey is apparently behind this, mixing medieval chivalry with modern gains. Honestly, sometimes I think fitness trends are getting as unpredictable as fashion week.

Here’s the thing. Imagine suiting up in chainmail and hitting the treadmill. No thanks! But Manish Pandey somehow balances this ancient warrior routine with his everyday gym sessions. It’s kind of like LARPing meets HIIT. (And no, neither sound remotely appealing in this context unless you’re a big fan of the ‘Braveheart’ re-enactments.)

I stumbled on this bizarre blend of workouts which has got me questioning what’s next — training like a Viking? (I shudder at the thought of swinging axes in the park.)

Forget dragons and castles for a sec; Pandey’s diet actually sounds doable. Balanced and all. He’s like, hello kale and chicken, and goodbye fried foods. It’s your classic quinoa, lean meat, all the greens situation. The kind of meal that’s Instagram-approved but somehow never tastes as vibrant as it looks. Not to mention, who can really resist a late-night snack attack? Not I.

It’s fascinating, though, how these athletes manage. The training must be rigorous. I guess if swinging imaginary swords counts as cardio, then I’ve been training wrong my whole life. (Fencing anyone?) But it’s all in good fun, right? Until it’s not, and your knees start to hate you.

Anyway. My eyes still hurt from watching these routines. I need coffee. Ugh.
