protein needs are just a guessing game

So, apparently, we’re all just supposed to wander through life guessing how much protein we need. I mean, seriously, are we nutritionists now? One day you need this much protein, then the next, you’re told, “Nope, you need more!” It’s like trying to solve a Rubik’s cube blindfolded while someone throws random numbers at you and tells you they have something to do with your body composition. Which is a fancy way of pretending we’re not completely clueless.Try navigating that chaos, why don’t you?

But of course, mix in the ‘Protein Leverage Hypothesis’ for good measure, because why not – it’s all about tricking you into eating like a caveman to meet some mythical protein quota. Perfect. As if modern life isn’t complicated enough without turning every meal into a mathematical equation. Someone please just pass the chicken.

And let’s not forget the ‘macro counting’ part of the equation. “Yeah, because I totally have time to break out a calculator every time I eat a sandwich,” said no one ever. It’s all just a giant circle of confusion dressed up as science. Whatever.
